Essential Oil Blends:

How to Use Magnesium Lotion

Apply Magnesium Lotion to clean skin that is free of other oils or lotions.

Gently massage the lotion into areas such as the arms, legs, feet, stomach, or shoulders until absorbed.

For targeted support (such as muscle tension or cramps), massage the lotion directly onto the affected area.

For best results, allow the lotion to absorb for at least 30 minutes before showering.

Before Use

We recommend doing a small patch test before regular use. Some people may experience mild tingling, stinging, or warmth when first using topical magnesium. This is normal and typically short-lived.
