Instructions: Apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin at least 15 minutes before sun exposure.
For best results, reapply at least every 2 hours, and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. If spending extended time in direct sunlight, reapply more frequently to help maintain protection.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure during peak midday hours whenever possible, and wear protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses for additional protection.
